Clutch Pedal Limiter/Stopper.
I figured I continue to progress my welding so I welded up my clutch pedal limiter and bolted it in. I'm using the 3/4 bore supplied MC and it allows the clutch pedal to attempt to move the clutch fork beyond its working range. A few owners have broken the fork this way and the limiter/stopper is one way to solve the problem. I used a 2" square washer for the base with a 5/8 bolt, nut and coupling nut that I cut to 3/4" with a slight angle to match the pedal's angle.
Throttle Pedal
Prior to mounting the pedal I wiped it down with acetone and masked it for paint. I painted it with two coats of satin black. Once it was dry I set it in place with the supplied template between it and the mounting box to see how it felt. I held it in place with heavy duty masking tape. I then sat in the car to see how the placing was. I quickly discovered that I would likely press the throttle when I was applying the brake. I moved the pedal and checked clearance with it depressed. Once I was satisfied I marked the holes, drilled and installed the riv-nuts. I put some thread lock on the button head bolts and installed the pedal.
Pedal Box and Master Cylinders
Installed the pedal box and the master cylinders(MC). I installed as per the manual with the exception of the first two rivnuts. Instead of using the rivnuts I installed the button head bolts from the bottom and used the included lock nuts. I installed them from the bottom to keep the space free for boot travel.
